Bank Selection Issues

I have X2 Essential. With the given Bank selection tools on the track main screen, my MX61 needs to have input MSB,LSB and program change data.
In many cases it's either 0 or 63 for Most, 0 - 9 for Least, PC from 0 - 128. How and where is 63 input when your options are Controller 0, Controller 32
or 100.... All I've been able to setup so far is the GM data in the Yamaha. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
