1- A shortcut (like F7 or F5) that detects plugin latency and adjusts tracks.
Pro Tools has this and I think Nuendo does too.
2- It has been mentioned before, buit a Beat Detective type feature would be cool.
3- An 'export to iTunes' feature that would create finished files for an iPod.
4- A CD Architect type add-on
5- Native VST support (do away with the wrapper)
6- Better copy protection
7- Keep giving real manuals - please don't go to .pdf
